These terms govern use of this storefront and explain the basis on which you submit an order. Read them with our delivery, return, payment and privacy pages.

Using the site and comparing products

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or availability, misuse another person’s information or attempt unauthorized access. Product descriptions, capacities, options and prices help you decide what to order. Screen color and photographic presentation can differ from the physical finish; this does not remove remedies for a product that is materially misdescribed.

Order review and totals

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An acknowledgement of receipt does not by itself guarantee acceptance or availability. We may need to address stock, address, payment-verification or genuine pricing errors before fulfilling an order, and will communicate a material issue affecting it. Any cancellation and associated payment reversal remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Review the selected product, currency, taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout. Payment authorization must succeed before normal processing begins. Our Payment Policy explains authorization and refund posting.

Delivery and after-sales support

The Shipping Policy sets out estimated processing and transit times. Provide accurate delivery details and tell us promptly about a shipment problem. Carrier involvement does not exclude responsibilities or remedies that applicable law places on us.

We accept defective and nondefective returns and exchange requests under the Refund Policy. Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery; nondefective goods must be new, unused and in original condition. Obtain approval before mailing a return using the free prepaid label included in your parcel. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; provider posting takes additional time.

Content, responsibility and updates

Site content and the relevant trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without authorization. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation operates only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
