Here is how your CORKCICLE drinkware order moves from checkout to your door.

Destinations and delivery charges

Our current checkout offers delivery to Canada. Available shipping services and the charge for your address appear before you pay. A free-shipping offer applies only when its conditions are displayed and met; free return shipping does not mean every outbound order ships free.

Two stages of an order

After successful payment authorization, normal processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. These are separate stages, and business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Weather, carrier disruption, address checks or high shipment volumes can extend these estimates; they are not a guaranteed arrival date.

Address checks and tracking

Check your street address, unit number, postal code and contact details before placing an order. If you spot an error, contact us promptly; a change may no longer be possible once the parcel is dispatched. Shipment tracking is provided as it becomes available. A label-created status may precede the carrier’s first scan.

When a parcel needs attention

If tracking stops updating, a parcel appears lost, or a delivered scan cannot be matched to a parcel, email wiqegeje441@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email and tracking number. For a delivered scan, first check the delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted it. We will review the available shipment information and help arrange the next steps.

If a cup, mug or other item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and parts and send clear photographs or video. Delivery problems do not remove your applicable consumer rights. Return and exchange instructions are set out in our Refund Policy.
